This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge developments, contributing to the success of our commercial team and helping us deliver high-quality projects that exceed client expectations.

The Job:

  1. Support the commercial team in managing costs, budgets, and contracts, ensuring financial control and profitability.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to address challenges and opportunities, driving the project forward and achieving its goals.
  3. Work closely with a small, dedicated team to procure and manage subcontractor packages, negotiate contracts, and ensure value for money.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of quantity surveying principles.

Salary:** £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
