Project Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage a portfolio of heritage projects in Cambridge. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver successful projects, developing and implementing project plans to meet client expectations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage project budgets and costs to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Your Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a strong background in quantity surveying, preferably with experience in heritage projects. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential, as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Salary and Benefits:
