We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our esteemed team as a Food & Beverage Assistant in a Private Members Club. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute across various key service areas, including the Restaurant, Bar, Lounge, Terrace, and Function Rooms.

This versatile position is ideal for individuals with a background in either bartending or food service, offering flexibility to broaden their skill set. Whether you are an experienced bartender seeking to diversify into food service or a seasoned waiter aspiring to develop bar expertise, this position presents a valuable opportunity for professional growth and development.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Assisting in the delivery of exceptional customer service
  • Providing support to the Food & Beverage Manager and other team members
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and presentation in all aspects of food and beverage service

A competitive salary of £29,016 per year (based on 37.5 hours per week) is offered, along with additional benefits, including paid overtime or time off in lieu, participation in the annual staff fund, complimentary meals during shifts, and ongoing training and development opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
