Typical Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist our order processing team in ensuring all orders are processed in a timely manner via our in-house PHP order portal. This role involves working closely with the team to resolve invoice queries, process account applications, and update client accounts while adhering to company policies.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be proficient in using Microsoft Office packages, and have the ability to maintain accurate records and work effectively as part of a team. They will also be committed to confidentiality and data protection, with a willingness to learn and develop their skills.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the necessary qualifications, experience, skills, and traits to meet the requirements set below. Requirements for the role will be evidenced on the application form and in the interview process.

Qualifications

Essential: NVQ Level 2 in Business & Administration or equivalent IT qualification

Experience

Essential: Experience of working in a busy office

Skills / Abilities

Essential: Excellent customer service skills, great telephone manner, competent using Microsoft Office packages, ability to maintain accurate records, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work as part of a team
