Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Lead to join our team at HireTalent - Diversity Staffing & Recruiting Firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the supply chain, ensuring that our clients receive their products on time and in full.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Supply Chain Operations: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods, manage inventory levels, and optimize storage capacity.
  • Analyze Demand Patterns: Analyze historical sales data and customer trends to forecast demand and adjust inventory accordingly.
  • Improve Inventory Turnover: Develop strategies to reduce inventory holding costs, improve cash flow, and increase efficiency.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to align supply chain goals with business objectives.
  • Implement Process Improvements: Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance supply chain efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Supply Chain Management: Proven track record in managing complex supply chains, coordinating with suppliers, and analyzing demand patterns.
  • Inventory Management Skills: Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including forecasting, replenishment, and optimization.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
