Job Description:

The Inventory Management Representative will be responsible for managing inventory levels, processing customer orders, and coordinating shipments. This is a key role within our warehouse team and requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate records
  • Process customer orders and coordinate shipments
  • Verify orders for special requests and ensure timely completion
  • Accurate data entry for receiving, order allocation, shipping, and inventory management
  • Cordinate special shipping requests and expediting orders
  • Ensure timely client and vendor billing

Benefits:

Expeditors International offers a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, plus comprehensive benefits, including paid vacation, holiday, and sick time, as well as access to a Training and Personnel Development Program.
