Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking boutique investment bank, is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) team in the renewable energy sector. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analysis, including valuation modelling, financial statement analysis, and scenario analysis.
  • Perform industry research and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks within the renewable energy sector.
  • Support due diligence efforts, including data gathering, analysis, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Prior experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or corporate finance, with a focus on the renewable energy sector preferred.
  • Strong quantitative and analytic skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
