We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as a Hospital Support Assistant at Cromwell Hospital in London.

About the Job:

You will work full-time (37.5 hours per week) in a fast-paced environment, supporting our Theatre department and its staff. Your responsibilities will include escorting patients, maintaining medical gases, and performing equipment checks.

Key Tasks:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support.
  • Manage medical gases and equipment effectively.
  • Assist with porterage tasks and transport patients safely.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents.
  • Work collaboratively with the Theatre team to ensure seamless operations.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Basic IT skills and familiarity with hospital software systems.
  • Certificate in First Aid or equivalent experience.
