About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled Bespoke Joinery Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed estimates for bespoke joinery projects, ensuring that they meet our high standards.

Responsibilities

The Bespoke Joinery Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:

  • Conducting site visits to assess project requirements and costs
  • Preparing comprehensive quantity surveys and estimates
  • Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to secure quotes and orders
  • Managing project budgets and financial reports

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or engineering
  • Proven experience in quantity surveying or estimating
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Range: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
