A leading Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking a driven Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Nottingham.
The Project Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will work on a range of exciting projects spanning various sectors, including student accommodation, private residential, housing associations, commercial developments, leisure facilities, and historical buildings. The role involves managing both new build and refurbishment projects, providing you with a varied workload.
This consultancy fosters a collaborative environment, offering you the opportunity to develop your expertise while contributing to the success of projects. You will work closely with Chartered professionals, enhancing your career prospects. The consultancy places a strong emphasis on professional development, providing APC support and leadership opportunities to those looking to advance their careers.
As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you'll have the chance to take ownership of projects, from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects of cost management and client relations are delivered to the highest standards.
The Project Quantity Surveyor
The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will have:
A RICS Accredited degree qualification
Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
Strong pre and post contract experience
A successful track record running projects from inception to completionIn Return?
The company is happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but is looking to offer:
£40,000 - £50,000
