Key Responsibilities:

• Repairs and Maintenance: Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks across multiple trades, ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards.
• Customer Service: Deliver an outstanding experience for our customers by maintaining professionalism and quality in every repair.
• Problem-Solving: Diagnose maintenance issues, identify solutions, and implement effective repairs.

What You'll Be Doing

As a skilled Multi Skilled Joiner, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance tasks across multiple trades, ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards. You will also be expected to deliver an outstanding experience for our customers by maintaining professionalism and quality in every repair.

Skills and Qualifications

• A relevant City & Guilds Basic Craft Certificate.
• Completion of a recognised apprenticeship or equivalent, and/or minimum NVQ Level 3.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues and provide an excellent customer service.
