Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Officer to join our team at Onebright. As a Compliance Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization adheres to regulatory requirements and maintains the highest standards of compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide proactive complaints case management and administrative support to our clients, therapists, and stakeholders.
- Support the Group Compliance Manager with DSAR and Data Events, incident and breach management.
- Respond to detailed and regular reporting to support all stakeholders involved.
- Manage multiple systems and technology platforms, including CRM systems.
- Demonstrate exceptional administration and customer service principles when managing cases.
- At least 1 year of experience in an FCA-regulated environment.
- Knowledge of multi-system use and managing different technology platforms.
- Exceptional administration and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid working pattern.
