About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cover Supervisor to join our education team at Novus Gower. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to learners in a custodial setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective education programs to meet contractual requirements and standards.
  • Support learners and colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with the education team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of education policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • A teaching qualification or subject specialist qualification at Level 4 (Level 5 - new standards) with a commitment to obtain the relevant outstanding Level 4 (Level 5 - new standards) qualification within a specified time scale.
  • Hold at least a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy.
  • Track record of effective teaching in subject specialism.
