Chef Supervisor Opportunity

Aramark is seeking a skilled and motivated Chef Supervisor to join our team at HMP Parc & YOI, Bridgend. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and service of high-quality meals to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and assist a team of chefs in the kitchen
  • Ensure the efficient and effective production of food in line with recipe sheets
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and tidy kitchen environment
  • Fill in relevant paperwork and due diligence forms
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals

Requirements:

  • Relevant culinary qualification or experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
