Job Summary:
2 - 3 week trail shift

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to work front of house to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hospitality establishment, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction. Your leadership skills and culinary expertise will contribute to the success of our establishment.

**Duties**:
Supervise and coordinate the orders, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness throughout the building
- Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to maintain high standards of service
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to ensure efficient operations
- Collaborate with other departments, such as chefs and potwashers and delivery drivers, to address guest needs and resolve any issues
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in food preparation and clean downs when needed
- Maintain a positive working environment, fostering teamwork and professional development among staff members

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is required
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proven experience in team management, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Familiarity with fast paced restraunts, operations and guest service standards

- Exceptional supervisory and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer software for scheduling, inventory management, etc.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £100.00-£400.00 per week

Expected hours: 10 - 35 per week
