We are seeking a skilled Security Expert to join our team in the Southern region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with customers, provide technical assistance, and drive business growth.

Salary:

£42,000 - £47,000 per annum

About the Role:
  • We require someone to schedule and manage customer appointments efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery.
  • This individual will provide hands-on technical assistance to customers, including troubleshooting and maintenance of security equipment.
  • The successful candidate will oversee the technical aspects of onboarding new customers, ensuring seamless integration of products.
  • They will present the value proposition of Cento's products to potential and existing customers, showcasing features and benefits.
  • This role involves conducting tailored on-site training sessions based on customer needs, as well as online webinars for both clients and internal teams.
  • The Security Expert will collaborate with field and commercial sales teams, offering technical expertise during customer engagements.
  • They will perform functionality and regression testing on new products to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Additionally, this individual will support the Technical Support team remotely via phone and email, addressing complex technical issues as required.
Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of the security industry, with familiarity with Cento's product range is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a proven track record of effective problem-solving.
  • The successful candidate will have the ability to adopt a consultative selling style, using effective questioning and listening techniques to understand customer needs.
  • Proven experience in managing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • A highly organised individual with strong attention to detail and follow-through on commitments.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively, working independently when needed.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • A valid full UK Driving Licence is essential for travel to customer sites across the Southern region.
