About This Opportunity

Enviva Complex Care invites applications from compassionate and skilled individuals to join our team as Personalised Support Assistants. As a valued member of our care team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

You will be responsible for providing one-to-one support and care to clients in their own homes, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans. Your expertise in complex care, combined with your passion for delivering exceptional care, will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and their families.

With a focus on empowering clients to live fulfilling lives, you will provide emotional support, practical assistance, and advocacy to address their unique needs. Your contributions will be valued and respected, and you will be supported by our comprehensive induction program, ongoing training, and regular supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to clients with complex needs
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and colleagues
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication management, and meal preparation
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in complex care

Salary: £16.20 - £18.10 per hour
