Job Title: Experienced Family Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Family Support Worker to join our team at Carepro Limited. As a Family Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to families with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide knowledge, experience, and assistance to maintain a safe and stable family environment.
  • Support families with varied complexities, including domestic abuse, substance abuse, and communication barriers.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the wellbeing of young people.
  • Develop and implement effective support plans to meet the needs of families.

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS (Vulnerable Children and Adults) and registered on the Update Service.
  • Five years of practical reference history.
  • Ad-hoc and long-term assignments.
  • Solution-based service.
  • Fast track registration.
  • True 24/7 on-call service.
