About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Support Worker to join our Pact team. As a Family Support Worker, you will work closely with prisoners and their families to provide casework support, advice, and guidance.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have experience working with families in challenging environments, ideally involving prisoners and/or their families. You will be able to advocate for families, promote their human rights, and ensure their needs are considered.

You will also be able to develop referral pathways for families, prisoners, and other professionals to access our service. Your ability to work in a multi-agency environment, think creatively, and manage multiple tasks in high-stress situations will be essential.
