About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Reckitt Benckiser LLC. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing the planning and implementation of capital and revenue projects, covering the installation, commissioning, and validation of process and packaging equipment, facility upgrades, utilities, and infrastructure upgrades.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support the Health Care business by delivering Engineering Capital Investment Projects to Time, Cost, and Quality Expectations.
  • Control all aspects of project activity, including engineering, design, program, safety management, procurement, commissioning, and validation.
  • Maintain awareness of technological and regulatory standards.
  • Formulate creative technical solutions.
  • Negotiate with Suppliers and Contractors.
The Experience We're Looking For
  • An engineering background with Pharmaceutical or FMCG experience is desired.
  • An engineering qualification, degree level, BTEC HNC, or ONC is required.
  • Experience in managing internal and external resources to ensure project activities are completed on time, to budget, and the required specification.
  • A working knowledge of GMP requirements for facilities and equipment is desired.
  • Manage external contractors while adhering to safe working practices and specific HSE requirements.
  • Demonstratable management experience of multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ability to identify and manage project blockers before a critical path is affected.
  • Can plan engineering works to minimize impact on production operations.
  • Adaptable and flexible to changes required from the business.
