About the Role
Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Finance Department as a Finance Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in finance and contribute to the provision of high-quality financial information and support to the Clinical Support Services Group.
Main Responsibilities
As a Finance Officer, you will be responsible for assisting in the provision of accurate and timely financial management information to the Health Board and its budget holders. This will include processing month-end journals, maintaining budgeted establishments, and providing ad-hoc costings and financial information to the Divisional Support Accountants.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications. Experience in a finance department is essential, and previous NHS or public sector finance experience is desirable.
