Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Administrator to join our team at Complete Security Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for ensuring that service requests are handled promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Service Request Management: Receive and manage service requests from customers, ensuring that all details are accurately recorded and communicated to the relevant teams.
  2. Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers, resolving issues and escalating complex problems to senior engineers as needed.
  3. Service Scheduling: Coordinate with engineers to schedule maintenance visits and ensure that all necessary resources are available.
  4. Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and analytics to track service performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to provide updates on service requests and ensure that their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a service desk or technical support role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
