- Operational Excellence
- Ensure compliance with central processes, such as FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND, and MOVE.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers to achieve business objectives.

- Qualifications
- Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable)
