Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store management team across the back of house areas and communicate effectively with the Store Manager
  • Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an operationally efficient, safe, and target-driven environment
  • Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating, and inspiring the team to be at their best is at the core of everything
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by adapting to change and working alongside the team
  • Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate at all times to meet business needs
