Job Title: Wellness Centre Manager

Location: Calcot Collection

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Beauty Therapist to join our team as a Wellness Centre Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our team of spa beauty therapists to deliver exceptional spa experiences.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for the beauty and wellness industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong organisational abilities. They will also have flexibility to work on weekends and adapt to a fast-paced spa environment.

We are offering a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 28 days holiday per annum, additional day off for birthday, use of Gym & pool facilities, and more.

About the Role
  • Lead and motivate a team of spa beauty therapists to deliver exceptional spa experiences.
  • Oversee daily operations, conduct morning briefings, and manage daily absences.
  • Support the Treatment Manager to lead, motivate, and inspire the team.
  • Conduct biannual appraisals and ensure team development and welfare.
  • Manage and oversee control processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
