Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team, providing support and services to children in need.

This is a contract position with a minimum of 3 months, working 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will work directly with children, their families or carers, and be responsible for building empathic relationships to facilitate meaningful change.

About the Role
  • Provide high-quality social work services to children in need, maintaining a focus on safeguarding.
  • Work collaboratively with the child, family or carer to establish supportive relationships and achieve sustainable change.
  • Foster a stable environment for children through effective placement management.
Requirements
  • A degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • A valid DBS check.
  • Valid driving license.

The salary for this position is negotiable, based on experience and selected pay scheme. We estimate this to be approximately £25-£35 per hour, depending on qualifications and prior experience.
