Dental Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Receptionist and Nurse to join our team at Henry Schein Dental Recruitment. As a key member of our dental practice, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage the reception area, handling patient inquiries, and coordinating appointments.
- Assist with nursing duties, including taking patient histories, preparing treatment rooms, and maintaining patient records.
- Work collaboratively with our dental team to ensure seamless communication and efficient patient flow.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies.
- Qualified Dental Nurse with a strong background in patient care and administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Proven experience in a dental reception or nursing role, with a strong understanding of dental software and equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care and maintaining accurate records.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of between £14 and £16 per hour, depending on experience. As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a supportive and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
