Dental Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Receptionist and Nurse to join our team at Henry Schein Dental Recruitment. As a key member of our dental practice, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage the reception area, including scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with nursing duties, including taking patient histories, preparing patients for treatment, and providing post-treatment care.
- Collaborate with dental care professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Qualified Dental Nurse with experience in a dental practice setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and dental care professionals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in fast-paced environments.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive patient experience.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of between £14 and £16 per hour, depending on experience.
