As a Business Operations Lead at Worldpay, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the critical needs of our Technology (CTO) arm, ensuring seamless operations and strategic efficiency. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in process management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement to drive business growth and excellence.

About the Role

As a key member of our Business Management Office (BMO) team, you will be responsible for leading business-critical activities, including internal governance, process ownership, and project management. You will work closely with our Finance Business Partners, Procurement, Talent Acquisition, and Third-Party Partners to ensure alignment and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own specific business processes and governance frameworks to support our CTO organization.
  • Employ data modeling techniques to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Communicate with senior stakeholders to procure requirements and convey insights.
  • Formulate ways to enhance business effectiveness through streamlined processes and technology.

What You'll Bring

  • Advanced skills in process management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to distill down complex requirements and articulate them verbally and in written format.
  • PowerBI knowledge and experience with Excel and supporting applications.
  • Interpersonal skills and confidence to lead workshops and communicate progress.
