Teaching Assistant Opportunity for Primary School in Farnborough

Teaching Personnel is seeking a reliable and caring Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive Primary school in Farnborough. This role offers a great opportunity to make a positive impact in a welcoming school environment.

The successful candidate will be working in a Year 4 class, providing general class support and assisting teachers in delivering lessons and managing the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in delivering lessons and managing the classroom
  • Support small groups or individual students, especially those who need extra help
  • Create engaging learning activities and encourage independent learning
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
  • Work with students with special educational needs (SEND) when needed
Requirements
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience working with children in a school setting
  • Caring, patient, and supportive approach
  • Knowledge of safeguarding practices
