As a key member of our Technical & Engineering team, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to interview and placement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain accurate records of candidate information, including contact details and application status.
  2. Search and source suitable candidates through internal and external databases, job boards, and social media platforms.
  3. Conduct initial telephone assessments and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates.
  5. Provide excellent customer service and communication to both clients and candidates.
  6. Utilize social media to promote job opportunities and engage with potential candidates.
  7. Support the Technical & Engineering team with administrative tasks and data entry.
Requirements
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  2. Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
  4. Proficient in using social media platforms for recruitment and marketing purposes.
Working Hours and Benefits

Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm. Competitive salary dependent on experience, plus benefits including increased holiday entitlement and private medical insurance.
