Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Economist to join our team and support the delivery of adult education programmes in London. The successful candidate will provide high-quality economic information, analysis, and advice to help achieve the Mayor's vision for adult education.

About the Role

The Senior Economist will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, gather and share economic data, and contribute to the development of economic strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide economic information and analysis to inform programme development and implementation
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to gather and share economic data
  • Contribute to the development of economic strategies to support adult education in London
Requirements
  • PhD in economics or related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in economic analysis and strategy development
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Salary and Benefits
  • A competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum
