Job Title: Cover Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of lessons in the absence of the class teacher.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the lesson plans left by the class teacher, ensuring that students are engaged and motivated.
  • Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and other staff members.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the class teacher.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive school culture.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified (preferably in a core GCSE subject).
  • DBS Enhanced Disclosure.
  • Previous experience in a teaching or support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
