About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Commercial to join our dynamic team at Samworth Brothers Limited. As a key member of our Food To Go Commercial Leadership Team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and delivering exceptional results across our retail and coffee shop customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective account strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the launch of new products and services, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with internal functions to develop and execute promotional and pricing strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of commercial forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timely communication to stakeholders.
  • Manage and improve financial metrics, including gross margin percentage, to meet business targets.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a commercial leadership role within the FMCG and food manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and numerical ability, with a focus on driving business growth and improvement.
  • Highly organized and effective project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
