We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at GLG Vets in Ashton-under-Lyne, Greater Manchester. As part of our vibrant and growing veterinary practice, you will provide exceptional veterinary care to animals while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine examinations, diagnostics, and treatments on a variety of animals.
- Conduct surgical procedures as needed, including spaying, neutering, and other minor surgeries.
- Collaborate with veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Provide guidance and advice to pet owners on general care, feeding, and wellness.
- Maintain accurate records of patient histories, treatments, and progress.
This rewarding role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 per year, plus benefits such as annual leave, CPD allowance, VDS, RCVS, and BVA fees paid, and more.
