Rmg digital has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Digital Project Lead to join our team. As a Programme Planning Specialist, you will be instrumental in creating and maintaining robust project plans, managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring the programme's success.

This strategic position offers the chance to work within a fast-paced, multinational organisation, driving change at the highest level. You'll be responsible for forecasting and allocating resources across the programme, balancing supply and demand.

About the Role

  • Integrated Programme Planning: Develop and manage detailed programme and project plans aligned with overarching objectives.
  • Resource Management: Forecast and allocate resources across the programme, balancing supply and demand.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, keeping them informed of timeline progress and risks.

The estimated salary for this position is £130,000 per annum based on 6 months contract.

About You

  • Demonstrable success managing multi-project portfolios in complex, multinational environments.
  • Strong planning and analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Monday.com and Microsoft Project.
  • Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP/PRINCE2 preferred) and hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
