Job Summary

NHS Coventry & Warwickshire Integrated Care Board is seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position with opportunities for flexible working arrangements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, including preparing agendas and minutes, taking notes, and distributing them to relevant stakeholders. You will also be required to provide first-line HR advice to managers and staff, respond to HR enquiries, and maintain effective office management systems.

The salary range for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Organise and coordinate meetings/conferences/training events/project or steering group meetings for the team.
  • Ensure all urgent and/or confidential communications are received and distributed in a timely manner.
  • Input, monitor, and check data, working with all HR team members in the collection of information for performance reporting.
  • Prepare agendas, take notes, and distribute notes of meetings, including typing up group discussions and interviews.
  • Work with national and organisational policies and procedures, seeking advice from senior staff as required.
