Compliance Officer for Payroll

Perrott Partners Recruitment Ltd is a rapidly growing company that has doubled its turnover in just two years. We are seeking a skilled Payroll Officer to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing comprehensive payroll processes, including calculations of PAYE, FPS, and EPS submissions, as well as manually calculating statutory payments and resolving queries related to tax code changes and National Insurance updates.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Calculate statutory payments and apply NIC correctly.
- Resolve queries and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with changing payroll regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in payroll.
- Excellent knowledge of payroll software and processes.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 per annum
