Grant Thornton is seeking a skilled Website Manager to lead the development of our corporate website, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and drives lead generation. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our website, including regular reviews of the user experience and strategic direction of UX.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the website development roadmap, working with internal stakeholders and development partners to ensure incremental improvements.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of UX for the UK corporate website, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead regular reviews of the website and user experience across our digital channels.
- Develop and implement website personalization strategies to enhance user engagement.
- Manage third-party relationships and toolsets, ensuring seamless integration with our website.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop training materials and deliver training on effective use of our web platform and templates.
- Provide advisory services to various teams across Markets and Clients, leveraging your expertise in website management and UX.
Requirements
- University degree or relevant qualification in a related field.
- Extensive experience in managing a corporate website, ideally B2B.
- Proven track record of working closely with senior stakeholders and managing large-scale website projects.
- Strong analytical background, with the ability to understand data and implement change.
- Experience in website personalization, user experience, and information architecture.
- Clear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and drive decision-making.
- Experience managing 3rd party suppliers and contracts, with a focus on strategic partnerships.
- Line management experience, with the ability to lead and develop others.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic HTML, CSS coding, and understanding of java functions.
- Experience working with reporting and analytics tools, such as Microsoft Power BI and Google Analytics.
- Experience with UX visualisation and prototyping tools, such as FIGMA and Invision.
- Experience with content management platforms and Adobe Creative cloud applications.
