About the Role

As a Christmas Customer Advisor at Boots Opticians, you will work in our busy store, reporting directly to the Assistant or Store Manager. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by answering questions, giving advice, and offering assistance with products.
  • Ensuring smooth store operations by displaying products, providing excellent service on the tills, and assisting with stock management.
