About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Room Manager to join our team. As a key member of our nursery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the nursery, including the management of staff, resources, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of nursery staff to deliver high-quality care and education to children
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the nursery meets regulatory requirements
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the efficient operation of the nursery
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
