Operations Support Specialist

Job Description
">As a Transport Administrator, you will be working alongside the Senior Transport Clerk and transport team at the Culina Group. Your responsibilities will include checking-in and checking-out registration of drivers, despatching drivers, and completing key documentation.
">Working Hours and Salary
">Working hours: Monday - Friday, 45 hours per week. The estimated annual salary for this role is £26,769.60, which reflects the competitive compensation package offered by the Culina Group.
">Key Duties and Responsibilities
">- Efficiently and accurately provide drivers with all relevant paperwork.
- Complete Customer and Stobart KPIs as required.
- Monitor the service board cross-checking information.
- Inform drivers on the gate for procedures before entering.
- Complete all daily tasks for compliance purposes.
- Ensure manning levels are updated and correct.
- Internal reporting duties.
- Downloading vehicle and driver digital tachographs as per requirement.
- Use Transport Systems.
Qualifications and Requirements
">- Ideal experience in a similar role and a sound knowledge of Transport and Logistics.
- Strong organisational skills and time management techniques to balance priorities effectively.
- Flexibility, articulation, and ability to cope when placed under pressure due to the changing environment.
