LAW Absolute is recruiting a senior housing lawyer locum to advise and represent clients in a wide range of housing and litigation matters. This will include insurance work, commercial and contractual disputes, injunctions, and judicial reviews.

To succeed, you will be:

  1. A qualified lawyer with prior UK local government experience.
  2. Experienced in handling caseloads of housing and litigation matters.
  3. Able to attend court in person when required; otherwise, hybrid/home working is available.

Essential experience:

  1. Experience handling caseloads of housing matters such as rent arrears, disrepair, under occupation, illegal occupation, nuisance, and criminal activities.
  2. Experience tackling housing fraud would be desirable.
