About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our pharmacy team as a Pharmacy Counter Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Assist customers with product information, answering questions and making recommendations as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities to ensure a visually appealing store display.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and promoting products to customers.
