Job Description:

The Key Account Manager will play a critical role in driving growth and revenue for our infectious diseases division in the South West UK region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and market development, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and build strategic partnerships with key customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing plans
  • Provide regular updates and insights to commercial and marketing teams on regional market trends and opportunities

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and market development, preferably in the medical devices or diagnostics industry
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office, CRM systems, and Power BI
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment and ambiguous situations

Estimated Salary Range: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. A competitive benefits package is also offered, including career development opportunities and a range of employee perks.
