About the Role:

To be a successful Christmas Support Team Member (Sales), you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, helping customers find the perfect products
  • Share your passion and knowledge about our amazing products
  • Ensure the sales floors are well-organized and easy to shop from
  • Work in various areas of the store, including stockrooms and processing deliveries
  • Help get stock to the sales floor efficiently
  • Support and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and managers
  • Take control of your own development

  • You are flexible, supportive, and always ready to go the extra mile for your team and customers

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.

This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level not being met.

What's Next:

As part of your application, you will be required to complete an online assessment, which will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment.

Our in-store recruitment team will review the successfully completed applications and contact those that match the job criteria closest to arrange an initial interview.
