About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Floor Support Associate to join our team at NEXT. As a member of our temporary Christmas Support Team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our sales floors are well-stocked and easy to shop from.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Offering fast and friendly service to customers
  • Sharing knowledge and passion for our products with customers
  • Keeping sales floors looking fantastic and easy to navigate
  • Working in all areas of the store as needed, including stockrooms and processing deliveries
  • Supporting and effectively communicating with customers, colleagues, and managers

About You:

We are looking for a great communicator who is friendly, calm, and efficient – even on busy days. You should be excited about the challenge of a varied and fast-paced job, flexible, and supportive. You will take pride in your work and approach all tasks with energy, pace, and dedication.

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment. This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to, for example, the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level, not being met. Candidates are therefore encouraged to consider their own right to work options without NEXT sponsorship.

What's Next:

As part of your application, you will be required to complete an online assessment. This will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. Our in-store recruitment team will then review the successfully completed applications and those that match the job criteria closest will be contacted to arrange an initial interview.
