Job Title: Technical Director - Customised Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Technical Director to lead our engineering team in Accrington. As a Technical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of bespoke equipment projects.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will:

  1. Oversee the design, development, and delivery of custom capital equipment tailored to meet client specifications and industry standards.
  2. Develop and implement best practices and process improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Mentor and develop a team of skilled engineers, building a supportive and high-performing work environment.
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A strong background in engineering, including bespoke equipment design and manufacturing processes.
  • Leadership expertise, with a proven track record in leading teams and driving cultural change.
  • Commercial acumen, with a strong understanding of business and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary: £70,000 - £100,000 per annum.
