We are currently recruiting for Patient Transport Specialists to join our dynamic team at Well•Spring. This rewarding role involves transporting patients to and from the Hospice and their home, as well as occasional hospital appointments or trips with healthcare premises.
Responsibilities:- Provide safe and reliable transportation to patients
- Assist patients with mobility issues, if required
