We are AMS CWS, a global total workforce solutions firm. Our Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) is one of our service offerings, where we act as an extension of our clients' recruitment team and provide professional interim and temporary resources.
About the Role:This role is within the Electronic Trading Risk & Control Management Team, a global front office team within the COO division. The team is responsible for ensuring that Automated Risk Controls (ARCs) facilitate the prevention of E-Trading risks, such as market, conduct risk & algorithmic trading risk.
Responsibilities:- Conduct reviews of control design specifications.
- Perform control effectiveness assurance.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to conduct limit assessments.
- Identify process improvements for assessing adequacy and effectiveness of controls.
- Investigating and responding to electronic trading risk control issues.
- Experience writing test cases and reviewing test evidence related to pre-trade electronic trading controls.
- Experience writing policies/procedures for technical testing of algorithms.
- Experience reviewing risk limits.
- Risk Control Self Assessment - RCSA policy/procedure documentation experience.
